About REFT

The Research, Evaluation, Facilitation and Training (REFT) Institute, Inc. is an independent, woman-owned small business, whose philosophy and goals include achieving excellence in quantitative and qualitative research services; cultivating meaningful, collaborative relationships with clients and other participants; and providing culturally and linguistically competent services.

Founded by Dora G. Lodwick, Ph.D., in October 1997, REFT Institute has established itself as a credible, thorough research and training institute. REFT has worked with a variety of government, non-profit, and for-profit agencies, helping each in their quest for accurate, useful, and culturally sophisticated data collection and analysis.

REFT staff have broad experience working cross-culturally. Languages used include French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Swedish.

REFT also works with a coterie of experienced collaborators and contractors.

Our vision is to strengthen communities and improve social conditions for vulnerable populations by creating capacity for quality results.
